Difficulty Hearing

Hearing can fail for a variety of reasons. Simple wax is easily dealt with by gentle micro-suction.

History and examination are key, but it may also be necessary for you to undergo a formal hearing test (audiometry) which we would be happy to arrange for you.

We are able to treat simple ear infections at the first visit and advise on measures to prevent recurrence.

Balance Disorders

Part of the balance mechanism is located in the inner ear.

Hearing and balance can fail together and may need to be treated as one condition.

Benign Positional Vertigo is treated in the clinic.

Balance rehabilitation can be arranged as necessary.

The diagnosis and treatment of rarer ENT causes of imbalance, such as Meniere's disease are well catered for.
